The Center for Justice and Accountability has appointed Kathy Roberts as its new legal director. Roberts, who has been with CJA since 2009, focuses on investigating and litigating cases on behalf of survivors of torture and other human rights abuses. She received her J.D. from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 2004.

ADR Services Inc. has added Daniel Winters to its panel of neutrals. Winters, most recently with Winters & Krug, will serve as a special master, discovery referee, mediator and arbitrator of construction, insurance, professional liability, and personal injury matters. He is a 1969 graduate of University of Illinois College of Law.
