Lowell Ness has joined Perkins Coie‘s Palo Alto office as a partner in the firm’s emerging companies practice. Ness, who was most recently at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, focuses on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements. He received his J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center in 1994.

Foley & Mansfield has added attorney Ignascio Camarena to the firm’s Oakland office. Previously with Dimalanta Clark, Camarena’s practice focuses on defending businesses and public entities against complex civil litigation suits involving products liability, employment, premises liability and personal injury claims, including class actions and mass torts. He graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2002.
