Nanci Clarence has been appointed to a two-year term as chair of the federal criminal practice committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Clarence, the founding partner of Clarence Dyer & Cohen, received her J.D. from UC-Hastings College of the Law in 1985.

Farella Braun & Martel has appointed partner William Keane to chair its complex litigation department. Keane will oversee the firm’s business litigation, employment and white-collar crime and internal corporate investigations practice areas. He graduated from UC-Hastings College of the Law in 1986.
