SAN FRANCISCO Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton is expanding its medical device practice by bringing a former colleague back from the in-house fold.
Nena Bains has joined the firm’s Silicon Valley office as a partner. She comes from Boston Scientific Corp., where she served as vice president of intellectual property and legal affairs. The move reunites Bains with medical device partner Mark Barrish and others with whom she began her career as an associate at Townsend and Townsend and Crew.
