Alexis Petas, Jacqueline Swigler and Jake Storms have joined Farella Braun & Martel.
Petas, a senior associate in the tax group, was previously with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Her practice includes counseling publicly traded and privately held companies on mergers and acquisitions, international tax matters and corporate and partnership tax law. She received her J.D. from University of Southern California School of Law in 2007.
