SAN FRANCISCO — Since the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit weighed the fate of Drakes Bay Oyster Co. and its controversial lease in Point Reyes National Seashore earlier this month, drama surrounding the family-owned oyster farm has shown no sign of ebbing.

Earlier this week, the oyster farm’s legal team sent a surprising letter to the Ninth Circuit complaining that the government misstated facts during oral arguments.
