Defending the lead party, Chang secured summary adjudication at the trial level and scored procedural victories on appeal. Out of court, she is her firm's inaugural fellow to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. She is also president of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association and an executive officer for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
