SAN FRANCISCO K&L Gates has poached two lawyers from Haynes and Boone to further its intellectual property and international arbitration practices in Orange County.
Kimberley Chen Nobles who represents technology companies in patent prosecution, dispute resolution and IP litigation, among other matters joined the firm in Irvine at the end of May as a partner. Washington, D.C.-based associate John Teresinski moved with her from Haynes and Boone.
