SAN FRANCISCO — K&L Gates has poached two lawyers from Haynes and Boone to further its intellectual property and international arbitration practices in Orange County.

Kimberley Chen Nobles — who represents technology companies in patent prosecution, dispute resolution and IP litigation, among other matters — joined the firm in Irvine at the end of May as a partner. Washington, D.C.-based associate John Teresinski moved with her from Haynes and Boone.
