SAN FRANCISCO Dechert has nabbed a corporate partner to boost its energy practice in Los Angeles.
Kerin Cantwell joined the firm Tuesday from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. An expert on renewable energy, Cantwell has advised on project finance and development as well as M&A. Having spent five years practicing in Hong Kong, Cantwell said she is eager to capitalize on Dechert’s global platform, particularly its strong presence in Asia.
