PALO ALTO — Adobe Systems Inc.'s acquisitive appetite has given Weil and Orrick teams spanning Silicon Valley to Paris seats at the deal table.

Weil, Gotshal & Manges is advising the San Jose-based software giant on its $600 million acquisition of Paris-based Neolane, a digital marketing management company represented by Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. The transaction, announced late Thursday, is expected to close in July, and Adobe will draw on its cash reserves to pay for the target. For its most recent quarter, ending May 31, it reported $1.2 billion in cash and cash equivalents on the balance sheet.
