SAN FRANCISCO — Procopio has nabbed its first full-time corporate partner in Menlo Park, luring a Silicon Valley veteran from the ranks of GCA Law Partners.
Jon Gonzales, who handles everything from IPOs to M&A for technology companies, started work at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch on Monday. Procopio, a 130-lawyer San Diego-based firm, is hopeful that Gonzales will help establish it as a corporate force in the Valley, said Miku Mehta, a partner in the office.
