SAN FRANCISCO — Though it will soon close up shop in San Diego, Goodwin Procter is hiring in San Francisco.
The firm has scooped up life sciences partner Karen Spindler from Kirkland & Ellis. Spindler, who counsels companies and investors in the life sciences arena on IP transactions, joined Goodwin last week.
