SAN FRANCISCO — Sidley Austin has recruited a clean technology expert to join its Palo Alto office.
Marc Gottschalk — whose practice includes M&A support, real property due diligence and regulatory advice — will join Sidley as a partner. He comes to the firm after a stint as the general counsel and chief business development officer of Proterra Inc., which develops and manufactures heavy-duty electric drive and energy storage systems as well as electric buses.
