SAN FRANCISCO — Sheppard Mullin is poised to poach a corporate partner from the San Francisco office of Bingham McCutchen.
Peter Carson, who co-chairs Bingham's Healthcare Industry Group, will join Sheppard on Tuesday, office managing partner M. Elizabeth McDaniel said. Carson represents institutional lenders on a wide range of secured and unsecured debt financings. His work spans industries ranging from health care to sports.
