SAN FRANCISCO — Vocera Inc., which sells mobile communications systems to hospitals, has tapped Fenwick & West to defend it in securities suits alleging that the company misled investors about how healthcare reform was denting its sales.
Fenwick partners Susan Muck and Catherine Kevane entered appearances on Friday for the San Jose-based company as well as several of its executives and directors who have been targeted in Brado v. Vocera, 13-3567. Muck declined to comment.
