PALO ALTO — Teams from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Cooley got looks on security startup FireEye Inc.'s initial public offering.
The IPO is expected to price this week. The Milpitas-based business is listing 14 million shares, expected to price between $12 and $14 a share, marking an increase to the company's initial plans for a $175 million offering.
