Timothy Moppin has joined Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck as a litigation partner in its San Francisco office. He joined the firm from Jackson Lewis, where he was a partner. His practice focuses on labor and employment, environmental and construction law. Moppin earned his J.D. from UC-Berkeley School of Law in 1987.

Charles Stevens has returned to Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher‘s San Francisco office as a partner. A former Gibson Dunn partner and former federal prosecutor, was the founding partner of Stevens, O’Connell & Jacobs, a litigation boutique focused on government investigations. At Gibson Dunn, he will practice in the areas of government and internal investigations, compliance reviews, and white collar defense with focus on antitrust, health care fraud, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and procurement fraud. He is a 1982 graduate of UC-Berkeley School of Law.
