David Durham joined DLA Piper‘s employment practice as a partner in the San Francisco office. Durham’s practice centers on traditional labor and employment matters, including representing employers in union elections, unfair labor practices, collective bargaining negotiations, outsourcing and strike preparation. A former Arnold & Porter partner, he earned his J.D. from Boalt School of Law in 1977.
Arent Fox‘s San Francisco office added former Dentons partner Dana Finberg to its intellectual property practice. His practice includes patent, trademark, trade secrets, trade dress and copyright cases. Finberg received his J.D. from T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond in 1992.
