PALO ALTO — Local teams from Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian and Fenwick & West have been tapped to advise on Veeva Systems’ initial public offering.
The transaction, which is expected to price this week, will be the second Gunderson has worked on this year as company adviser, according to Nasdaq records. The firm helped bring KaloBios Pharmaceuticals Inc. to the public markets in late January.
