SACRAMENTO — Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan is taking on Apple Inc. once again, this time as counsel to a Massachusetts company that claims the computer giant infringed its patent for video content delivery.

Privately held Aylus Network Inc., founded eight years ago by Shamim Naqvi, is seeking unspecified damages and an injunction barring Apple from stepping on its 2010 patent for “Digital Home Networks Having a Control Point Located on a Wide Area Network”.
