SAN FRANCISCO — A federal judge has postponed the sentencing of former Korn/Ferry International executive David Nosal.

Nosal was to be sentenced Wednesday for violating the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and stealing trade secrets. However, U.S. District Judge Edward Chen said prosecutors, who are seeking a 27-month prison term, had not sufficiently tied Nosal’s crime to a purported $175,000 loss suffered by Korn/Ferry.
