SAN FRANCISCO — Cybersecurity company Websense Inc. has tapped Cooley to fend off a patent infringement suit brought by Finjan Inc. in a recent litigation spree in the Northern District.
Finjan, which sold network security software before it was acquired by M86 Security in 2009, has accused three companies in the industry of patent infringement in recent months.
