SACRAMENTO — Shhhh. Don’t tell anyone, but Attorney General Kamala Harris has been fighting patent trolls.
While other states’ top prosecutors have trumpeted their battles against pesky patent assertion entities, Harris has taken a decidedly stealth approach, as one of her deputies demonstrated before a legislative panel that convened at Google’s headquarters on Oct. 30.
