Mobile marketing company Velti has enlisted Wilson Sonsini to defend it in a spate of securities suits triggered by its troubled performance.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati partners Boris Feldman and Cynthia Dy, both based in Palo Alto, entered appearances on Monday for the beleaguered company, which announced that it had filed Chapter 11 petitions for several of its units the same day.
