SAN JOSE — As the tech titans wrapped up their cases Monday, U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh repeatedly reminded jurors that their aim in calculating damages should be to fairly compensate Apple—not to punish Samsung.
But that didn’t stop Apple Inc. lawyer William Lee from subjecting Samsung’s damages expert, Michael Wagner, to a grueling cross-examination.
