SAN FRANCISCO — Nimble Storage Inc. has tapped a litigation team at Fenwick & West to defend accusations that it poached employees and secrets from data storage rival NetApp Inc.
Fenwick partner Patrick Premo, who made an initial filing for Nimble on Wednesday, will lead the San Jose–based company’s defense in NetApp v. Nimble, 13-5058. Fenwick provides “regular counsel” to Nimble, he said.
