Assemblyman Mike Gatto, D–Silver Lake, is trying to insert a little hipness into the staid world of trusts and estates by making it the subject of what he says will be the first ever crowd-sourced piece of legislation in the United States. Yes, Gatto, a former Mayer Brown attorney, has invited the world to create a probate Wiki bill that he will carry in 2014.
