SAN FRANCISCO — Fresh off a partial victory before the Federal Circuit, Apple is once again asking U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh to enjoin Samsung from infringing its utility patents on touch-screen technology.
Samsung has stopped selling the smart phones and tablets that a jury last year found to infringe, but that isn’t stopping Apple from renewing its motion. In fact, Samsung has tipped the balance of hardships more in Apple’s favor, the company argues in a Dec. 26 filing.
