SAN FRANCISCO — Just a day after a massive data breach in which hackers shared usernames and phone numbers for some 4.6 million snappers, Snapchat disclosed that it has hired a lobbyist.
The L.A.-based disappearing-messaging service has charged Heather Podesta + Partners with “educating policymakers regarding the application’s operation and practice.”
