PALO ALTO — Winston & Strawn’s Silicon Valley office, which opened in September, has poached an IP litigation partner from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
David Wang is the fifth lateral to come aboard Winston’s IP practice nationwide in the last six months, according to the firm. In August, Winston brought on a group of Washington, D.C., lawyers specializing in litigation before the International Trade Commission from Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner.
