The actor James Dean has been dead almost 60 years. But the Twitter handle @JamesDean is very active—and presenting a ticklish legal situation for the social media giant.
Indianapolis-based CMG Worldwide, which manages the commercial estates of many dead celebrities, has sued Twitter in Indiana state court. The suit was first reported last week by The Hollywood Reporter.
