SAN FRANCISCO — Paul Hastings has landed transactional partner Beni Surpin to help lead its technology and commercial transactions group.
Surpin recently joined the firm’s San Diego office from DLA Piper, where he was part of the technology, sourcing and commercial practice. His clients have included biopharmaceutical company Amgen, Chinese state-owned aerospace and defense company Aviation Corporation of China, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Jenny Craig and Broadcom.
