SAN FRANCISCO — After a decade at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, corporate partner Rezwan Pavri is decamping for Goodwin Procter.
Pavri, a member of the corporate finance practice led by Wilson Sonsini’s vice chairman and corporate partner Jeffrey Saper, will join the 18 partners in Goodwin Procter’s Menlo Park office on Wednesday.
