SAN FRANCISCO — Lawyers at Pomerantz and Glancy Binkow & Goldberg will have to fight to stay in control of a securities class action they filed in March against a San Mateo solar energy company.
Four other teams of law firms made a grab at the case this week, each claiming their client lost the most money when SolarCity Corp. shares fell as a result of the company’s botched accounting.
