SAN FRANCISCO — Cooley has launched a new mobile-friendly website that provides free tips, sample legal documents and market analysis for startups. Current offerings on Cooley GO include document generators for incorporation, convertible debt financing and nondisclosure agreements. He agreed to answer a few of our questions about Cooley GO.
