SACRAMENTO — An infamous hacker who served time for infiltrating Paris Hilton’s cellphone was charged in federal court Wednesday with hacking a San Francisco technical-support company and then hijacking two corporate Twitter accounts.

In a filing with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, prosecutors say that in February 2013, Cameron Lacroix of New Bedford, Mass., exploited a security flaw in Zendesk Inc.’s website to export more than 1 million requests for tech help submitted by the company’s customers, which included Twitter Inc.
