The California Supreme Court affirmed in part and reversed in part a judgment of the court of appeal. The court held that the statutory time limits on a party’s post-judgment motion to recover attorney’s fees incurred in enforcing a judgment do not appeal to fees incurred in defending the underlying judgment on appeal.
