SACRAMENTO — FlightCar Inc., the company that invites travelers to rent out their cars instead of paying to park at the airport, isn’t backing down from a fight with Millbrae.

The Peninsula city imposed “inconsistent requirements” and treated FlightCar “differently” than other businesses in an ultimately successful effort to drive the vehicle-sharing startup out of town, attorneys for the company said in an amended complaint filed this week.
