Legal malpractice claims just keep coming. Rarely does a week go by without another article about a new high-profile legal malpractice claim. Sometimes, these claims arise out of a simple mistake. Other times, they result from an attorney stretching too much to just make it another month.
Yet, most times, claims do not involve any mistake or error by an attorney. In fact, well over half of all claims against attorneys lack any merit. Unfortunately, the claims still keep coming.
