SAN FRANCISCO — In a whirlwind of initial public offerings Friday, DLA Piper played a role in three simultaneous listings on the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq, working both on the company and underwriter sides. The three companies planned to raise a combined total of roughly $218 million.
Attorneys from DLA Piper’s Silicon Valley, Seattle and New York offices worked on the deals, with East Palo Alto-based partner Peter Astiz taking the helm for two teams.
