SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys from Weil, Gotshal & Manges advised Yahoo Inc. on its acquisition of San Francisco-based mobile app analytics company Flurry Inc.
Though financial details were not disclosed, Bloomberg News reported Yahoo paid more than $300 million for the company, which analyzes data from smartphone users to target advertising. Goodwin Procter represented Flurry.
