Robin Feldman is a law professor at Hastings, a leading voice on patent policy—her empirics on patent trolling were cited by the White House earlier this year—and the author of Rethinking Patent Law (Harvard 2012) and The Role of Science in Law (Oxford 2009). She’s also behind the Startup Legal Garage, a Hastings clinic that works with incubators and law firms to match students with nascent tech and biotech founders in need of legal advice.
