SAN FRANCISCO — Cooley has hired away capital markets partner Robert Phillips from Latham & Watkins’ Menlo Park office. Phillips, who started Monday, spent 15 years with Latham, where he developed expertise representing emerging companies.
The move reunites Phillips with colleagues Drew Williamson and Jamie Leigh, who worked closely with him at Latham before leaving for Cooley in 2012.
