SAN FRANCISCO — A members-only online community of real estate agents sued Zillow Inc. in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Monday accusing the real estate website of stealing the idea behind its new “Coming Soon” feature.

Lawyers for Top Agent Network Inc. claim Zillow’s executives feigned interest in investing in the network early this year only later to roll out a “copycat product” for sharing real estate listings before they hit the Multiple Listing Service, or MLS.
