The Second Appellate District reversed a judgment. The court held that wrongful death plaintiffs who alleged a dangerous condition of public property were entitled to amend their complaint where they offered sufficient additional facts in support of their theory that a defendant restaurant breached its duty to warn about the dangerous condition.
