SanDisk Corp. has hired Mark Brazeal as its chief legal officer and senior vice president. Brazeal, whose background is primarily in IP licensing, joins the company from Irvine-based fabless semiconductor manufacturer Broadcom Corp., where he served as deputy general counsel for 14 years.
