SACRAMENTO — State judicial evaluators have given Supreme Court nominee Leondra Kruger their highest rating, praising the Obama administration attorney for her “stellar credentials” and her “unique and valuable perspective.”

“She has excelled in all her endeavors and is praised for her intellectual firepower, written and oral advocacy skills, impeccable judgment, her fairness, diplomacy, and her composure under pressure,” Jason Lee, chairman of the Commission on Judicial Nominees Evaluation, wrote in a summary report released on Thursday.
