SAN FRANCISCO — Palo Alto-based Cooley officially crossed the pond on Monday, establishing its first European office in London. The new shop, with five corporate partners from Morrison & Foerster and another 14 partners from Edwards Wildman Palmer, has 55 attorneys total. The Recorder spoke with litigation partner Michael Rhodes, chair of the firm’s privacy practice, about what the new office means for Silicon Valley clients.
