Shearman & Sterling advises Vector Capital in purchasing Saba Software

Shearman & Sterling represented private equity firm Vector Capital in its announced purchase of Redwood Shores-based talent management software developer Saba Software Inc. for roughly $300 million. San Francisco-based Vector Capital will pay Saba $9.00 per share in the going-private transaction.
