Gemini Insurance Group, 2013 WL 4495846 (M.D. Ga., August 21, 2013), National Reimbursement Group’s client asserted a professional liability claim based on the conduct of a former “NRG employee” who was “allegedly diverting medical insurance checks, payable to patients” of the client.
